Anurag Tyagi
Anurag Tyagi is a co-founder of our consultancy business and a seasoned professional in the financial services sector, with over 25 years of experience in revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and leadership.
Throughout his career, Anurag has worked with some of the industry’s leading organizations, including Max Life Insurance, HSBC Global Asset Management, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and General Electric. His expertise spans product development, team management, compliance, customer experience, and profitability optimization.
At Max Life Insurance, he played a leading role in strengthening the Bancassurance & Partnership Distribution business, managing relationships with over 19 banking and broking partners and leading a 2,500+ employee salesforce. His tenure at HSBC Global Asset Management saw him overseeing a portfolio of over $500 million in Assets Under Management while ensuring strong risk and compliance frameworks.
Anurag has also held leadership positions at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where he led a sales team of over 400 professionals to achieve significant growth. His contributions have been recognized with industry awards, including the Max Quality Award, Best Regional Head at HSBC, and Best Regional Manager APAC at Bharti AXA
With extensive experience in leading large, geographically spread teams and driving distribution across multiple financial products, Anurag brings a strategic and pragmatic approach to our consultancy. His leadership will be instrumental as we guide clients in navigating financial opportunities and expanding their wealth and exhibiting our Company ethos to – ‘Elevate Wealth, Across Borders’.
Rajesh Pahwa
Rajesh Pahwa is a distinguished financial expert and is one of our co-founders.. As a Singaporean national, Mr. Pahwa brings a wealth of experience in wealth management, corporate finance, and investment advisory to his role.
Mr. Pahwa’s educational background is impressive, featuring a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Delhi (1985) and a Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (1989). He further enhanced his expertise with an MBA in Banking and Finance from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (2004), and a SAP Certification (1998)
Throughout his career, Mr. Pahwa has held significant positions in various financial and legal organizations. His experience includes roles at SITA World Travels Ltd and N S Kang Advocates & Solicitors, where he honed his skills in financial planning, corporate taxation, and legal compliance. From 1999 to 2010, he served as Financial Controller at the National Parks Board in Singapore- leading strategic financial planning and investment management initiatives
Mr. Pahwa has also got over 15 years of experience with boutique investment consulting companies in Singapore. In this role, he advises high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and institutions on investment strategies, wealth preservation, mergers & acquisitions, and capital-raising initiatives. His expertise extends to guiding organizations, SMEs, and individual entrepreneurs in financial decision-making and investments.
Mr. Pahwa’s approach combines sound financial strategies with a focus on sustainable growth and value creation. With over 27 years of experience in corporate finance, restructuring, fund raising, business valuations, accounting, taxation, and auditing, Mr. Pahwa is well-equipped to provide strategic insights and guidance. His commitment to financial excellence, governance, and strategic wealth advisory makes him a valuable asset in the financial industry. His diverse experience and deep understanding of both local and international financial landscapes position him as a trusted advisor and leader in finance and management.
As a Managing Partner of our firm, he brings a great depth of experience to enable our clients to create their Companies in Singapore and the SEA region and manage their wealth effectively.
